At the tenth storey, the powerful compression of the design is suddenly released, and an elevated garden, with large trees and a swimming pool, opens to the sky. The backdrop of this park, in turn, is formed by yet another slab that carries the structure up to its full 14 storeys.
Fashion House Condos located at 560 King St West he project includes retail and commercial space, work lofts, regular condo suites and must incorporate the historical 160-year-old Silver Plate Building, one of the oldest surviving factories in the King-Spadina neighbourhood. Special lighting effects will add to the dramatic silhouette after dark.
